- Alex Tyler (Cornell '10) (above) signed with the Rockville Victors of the Atlantic Coast Professional Basketball League (ACPBL).
- If you have not read them yet, check out all of the Cornell/Ivy League season previews. With still more games potentially to be added, Cornell has seven (7) confirmed televised games during 2012-2013, including vs. Columbia (NBC Sports Network), at Harvard(NBC Sports Network), at Vanderbilt (ESPNU), at Wisconsin (ESPN3), at Duke(ESPNU), at Arizona State (Pac 12 Sports Network) and at at Binghamton (Time Warner Cable Sports). Cornell is the only team in the Ivy League to appear on ESPN's flagship channels (ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU) twice during the season during prime viewing hours.

- Wisconsin's Mike Bruesewitz is hoping to return from injury in time for the Badgers' November 18 game against Cornell. Las Vegas Invitational tickets are now on sale.
- Lawrence R. Davis, who lettered in Cornell Basketball in 1944, passed away in September.
